When I didn't understand part of the process of the home loan, I would email and text my questions and concerns and she would respond right there on the spot as if we were family. Loan Factory you have got yourself a dedicated employee that goes above and beyond. I was not familiar with the VA process, and I thought I would be lost in the shuffle of the trying to own a home, not on her watch!
